How to connect your Booking.com listing with your channel manager:
1. Log in to your Booking.com Extranet
Go to admin.booking.com and sign in with your account.
2. Go to the Connectivity Provider section
Click on “Account” in the top right corner of your property dashboard, then select “Connectivity Provider” or search for it in the Extranet.
3. Choose your channel manager
Browse the list of available providers and select your preferred channel manager. If you would like to synchronize with DiBooq, please select Channex.io.
4. Request the connection
Click on “Connect” to start the process.
5. Agree to the Booking.com terms
Review and accept the Booking.com connection terms.
6. Complete the setup in your channel manager
Go back to your channel manager and enter the Property ID from your Booking.com listing. Click on “Connect” to finish. Important: make sure you enter the Property ID, not the Room ID.
7. Start syncing with Booking.com
Your availability, bookings and rates will now sync automatically. All existing reservations from Booking.com will appear in your channel manager calendar, and new bookings from your channel manager will instantly block dates in Booking.com.
